What delivery services do you use?

Most products are delivered using Royal Mail. Larger and/or heavier items will come to you by DPD Local or DHL.
How long will my delivery take?

FREE Standard UK Delivery: 3 – 5 working days (Excluding Weekends)

Do you do same-day dispatch?

Yes. Saturday and Expedited Delivery orders are usually dispatched on the same day

For Guaranteed Saturday Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day

For Expedited Delivery order must be placed before 3pm

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. You can track your order via the Royal Mail or DHL website to see the status of your order. Please allow a couple of hours once you receive an email notification for the system to update.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
-
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your parcel. Track your item to see if a delivery has attempted, in this case it’ll be at your local post office. In most cases the delivery company will leave a calling card which will have details of what you can do to receive your parcel.

If you feel that an order has been lost or not delivered correctly, we would be happy to raise a case with the courier company. Usually once a case is rasied we have to wait until the investigation is complete. This can take upto 30 working days.

Call Royal Mail, DHL or DPD and enquire about an undelivered/lost parcel.
