Friendly 45-Day Returns Policy

You may return your new, unused products within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. The exception  to this is the earrings.

We process most returns within 1 business day of receiving the product. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 to 10 days for the credit to show in your bank statement.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
