Extended Xmas Returns

Extended Returns: Orders placed from 1 Nov 2024 are eligible for our extended returns until 15 Jan 2025 *terms apply. The exception to this is the ear-rings.

We process most returns within 1 business day of receiving the product. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 to 10 days for the credit to show in your bank statement.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
