- FROGMAN, the G-SHOCK MASTER OF G timepiece capable of ISO standard 200-metre diving, was first released in 1993, which means 2023 is the 30th anniversary of the FROGMAN lineup.
- As the second FROGMAN model to commemorate this anniversary, this new model uses the GWF-A1000 as a base model with a design based on a poison dart frog which inhabits the Amazon rain forests in South America.
