I originally bought a red faced Seiko shogurai. I wasn't happy with the colour upon arrival. I got in touch about an exchange, the lady I dealt with (Mala) was fantastic help, she gladly arranged an exchange for this watch and the whole thing was sorted within 48 hours, they even didn't charge me extra with this one being slightly dearer. Brilliant company, will certainly be back for the next purchase. This watch is lovely, looks just like a £10,000 Rolex Submariner.
